About the Author
Dr. David Beatty is an herbalist and osteopathic physician specializing in osteopathic manipulative medicine. His practice in southeastern West Virginia emphasizes teaching people to take care of themselves with home exercises and herbal medicines. His previous publications include Manipulation at Home: Exercises to Complement Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (WVSOM 2003), The Pocket Manual of OMT (editor and co-author, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins 2007, 2011), Manipulation in Motion (editor and co-author, WVSOM 2009), and A Tale of Two Boxes (fiction, Lulu.com 2011).
