O Sweet Nature. Art and Nature--Could there be a sweeter combination?

About O, Sweet Nature

About the Website

O, Sweet Nature began in 2005 as a blog about nature and art. Since that time, it has expanded to touch on all the various creative arts. Even so,  nature is still a major theme—for music, dance, poetry, photography, and even architecture. The current website began about 2007 as a venue and gallery for teaching nature art and as an information source for fascinating nature facts. O, Sweet Nature Bookstore, online, is at Amazon.com, and you may find interesting nature photos and links at the O, Sweet Nature page on FaceBook.
About the Author
Karla Beatty, photograph of the author of O Sweet Nature
Welcome, I'm Karla Beatty. For the past dozen years, I have taught drawing and watercolor painting to adults. But in addition to making art, I write books and articles for the creative community and develop science connections for the educational publishing industry. Sometimes, my work is about art. Other times it’s about natural science. Ultimately, it’s all about environmental sensitivity and balanced living for everyone.

What I love most in the world is motivating people to do creative work. Truly, when people create joy in a mindful life, the whole world is a better place.
